OUR ADJUSTMENT may be entered through mid-ship port or starboard doors to the pilothouse that offers a helm with full electronics, teak flooring, and a staircase to the flybridge. Custom door screens keep the insects out while allowing good airflow. The pilot house is open to the center galley and salon.  The galley is located centrally between the helm and salon and features a large, usable u-shaped layout with very generous counter space and storage.  A flush smooth top 4 burner electric  stove top with overhead light and vent is combined with a separate side opening under counter oven and separate under counter microwave keeping the usable counterspace to a maximum and adding to a clean, open area.  There is a full-size side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher and large single basin sink.

Looking aft, the galley is open to the salon area with a large L-shaped sofa and lift top coffee table with storage surrounded by large windows with plantation style wooden blinds.  The area is tastefully decorated with custom lighting throughout.  A large fixed window looks out on the expansive aft deck. Inviting and outfitted for entertaining, the aft deck is appointed with stylish furniture, wet bar, ice maker and refrigerator on the forward bulkhead. The aft deck is fully enclosed allowing year-round enjoyment!  Full walk-around side decks lead to seating and a sun pad on the forward deck. 

Forward from the pilot house and down four steps on the starboard side there is an office area with a built in L-shaped desk.  Directly adjacent to the office to port there is a guest cabin with built in dresser and queen berth. Further forward is another guest stateroom with over/under bunks and built in cabinets.  A shared head and shower is also located forward.  Aft from the office, down two steps into the companionway there is a washer and dryer, cedar lined locker with ample storage.  Just a bit further aft is another port side guest stateroom which provides twin berths with a head & shower located directly across the hall to starboard. Further aft, the twin-engine rooms are accessed through port & starboard doors. The end of the companionway opens to the large, luxurious, full beam master stateroom furnished with a  Queen berth, love seat, generous storage, cedar lined walk-in closet and an ensuite head & and shower.

The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 42.1 offers an open, spacious interior that is well thought out.  Entering through the companionway you will find a well apointed interior offering good space for all.  There is a forward-facing nav station directly to port of the companionway stairs with plenty of work-space. The nav station houses the radar, stereo, and electrical panels. To starboard, opposite the nav station, is the large aft head which is also accessible directly from the aft cabin. The aft cabin can be accessed either via a passageway just aft of the nav station or from the aft head located on the starboard side.  The aft cabin has a seating areas to either side of the centerline queen berth.  There is excellent storage throughout the aft cabin.

The main salon features the galley to port that runs forward to the bulkhead. It offers a generous work area and is equipped with a large refrigerator, a propane stove with an oven, double stainless steel sinks, and ample of storage in lockers and drawers. 

There is a "U" shaped dining area and has a beautiful teak table with flip-up/down leaves to convert from a "cocktail" size table to a full-size dining table. In addition there is a centerline seat with storabe below and grab bar on the back.

Moving forward there is a large cabin with v-berth and excellent storage. There is an en suite head with a shower to port and a seating/dressing area to starboard. The berth is large and could be used as a master cabin if desired.

The 198 CC's 8' 4" beam gives it more room inside than our competition.  Hydraulic steering, large fish boxes, and XLT console, with room for a marine head, makes it a great family boat.

Entering from the helm area into the large salon and galley area you will find tons of natural light from the large windows.  Directly to starboard there is a U-shaped galley with full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stainless steel sink, smoth top electric range and ample counter space.  Storage is abundant and well thought out.

Just forward of the galley is the dinette that can easily accomodate four adults.  Directly across to port there is a large sofa for lounging.

The guest cabin is located forward and features a centerline queen.  There is ample storage for personal belongings, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning controls and a private shower that is separate from the head.  The forward head can be directly access either from the guest cabin or from the salon.

The owners' cabin is aft and features a centerline queen with very generous storage throughout.  A washer/dryer combo is hidden on the starboard side of the bed.  There is a full head with separate shower stall located to starboard.

Lady Laura is a 4 State Room 3 Head Galley Up Layout that can sleep 8. As you board you will find wide walkways on the exterior, you can enter from either side of the pilot house. Here you will find the full lower center helm and leather bench sitting area with storage below, and marble floors.  Just aft is the full-size galley with upgraded appliances, granite counter tops, and marble floors, as well as a custom pass through to the helm and dining area.  From the helm to starboard you can go forward down the curved stairway, leading to the 3 Guest rooms and 2 heads, each with a shower and tile floors. Each guest room has hanging closets and televisions.

Aft of the Galley to port is the full-size dining table with 6 chairs, and to starboard there is a full wet bar with storage above and below. The main salon offers two large couches and two sitting chairs as well as a flat screen tv, and designer fabrics and carpet. From the rear of the salon, you can access the aft deck from the custom widened sliding aft doors. At mid ship of the salon, the upper stairs will take you up a covered access to the flybridge, or you can head down a private staircase to the expansive master full beam stateroom with a walk around king bed, entertainment system, walk in closets, make up vanity with mirror, windows, and a ensuite full shower and bath with marble counters and floors. To starboard before you reach the master you will find the walk-in laundry and engine rooms.

The interior has an abundance of natural light from the large windows throughout, but there are blinds throughout when privacy is desired. The boat feels very open, spacious and clean.

The flybridge offers a custom hard top with a full strato glass enclosure, making this a sun deck useable for cruising or entertaining in any conditions, there is a full center helm with two helm seats. Aft of the helm to port there is a L shaped couch with table and to starboard there is another couch, there is storage below both couches. There is also a wet bar and fridge to port.  As you walk out the rear of the bridge, there is a spacious rear deck and a gas grill, further aft you will find the davit and tender.

The large bow area offers cushioned seating with storage below.

The Pacific Seacraft 37 features a traditional layout with ample room for a vessel of this size.  Upon entering through the companionway you will find the U-shaped galley directly to starboard with ample storage, refrigeration and Force 10 stove/oven.  Directly across is a tidy nav station with a quarter-berth directly aft.   There is excellent ventillation throughout via overhead hatches and opening ports.

The salon features a straight settee to port and an L-shaped settee to starboard both recovered in a durable leather-like material.  The L-shaped settee can be converted to a double berth using a filler cushion.  There is good storage throughout with storage under the settees, teak storage lockers and bookshelves above the settees. There are additional bulkhead mounted bookshelves.  The dining table is stored against the galley cabinetry and there is a tv mounted on the forward bulkhead.

The forward cabin had an offset, large, double berth (7' long by 47" wide) with a dressing seat to the side.  There is a large hanging locker to port and several drawers under the berth.  Just aft of the forward cabin is the single head with integrated shower, manual head with sauna seat, stainless steel oval sink, vanity, mirror and teak floor grate.

Entering the main salon through the cockpit companionway you are greeted with an open, luxurious and modern interior.  Rich teak wood tones are contrasted with lighter high quality fabrics and a custom headliner.  Natural light abounds through the large windows forward and to each side.  The custom galley is located directly to port of the stairs and features dual 12v/110v Engle refrigertator/freezers, huge stainless steel double sink, microwave, Force 10 three (3) burner LP stove and oven and very generous storage and counter space.

Just forward of the galley to port is and L-shaped settee and dining table with a hanging nickel plated lantern providing light.  Directly across to starboard there is a long settee/watch berth.  Both settees are coverd in New upholstery with tasteful alternating grey and white fabric.  There is generous storage above/behind each settee and storage underneath.  

Aft of the starboard settee is a nav/work station with an Icom VHF radio and and an Icom SSB radio.  There are USB and 110V outlets for charging electronics.  Continuing aft there is a built in cabinet with separate small 12v/110v refrigerator for drinks, storage drawers and over counter cabinet with sliding smoked Lexan panels.  The main DC panel is located in this cabinet. Moving aft to the walk-thought to the aft cabin you will find a huge storage locker to starboard with access to the engine room centerline under the cockpit. The engine room is quite large allowing excellent access to the engine and systems.

Tha master cabin is aft with a queen sized athwartship berth with  a new Purple mattress and moisture barrier underneath.  The cabin also features hanging lockers to starboard and bench seat in front of the elevated berth.  There is storage underneath the bench seat as well and a vanity sink just outside of the ensuite head.  The head is to port and is electric with ample room and a very large separate shower area.  There are deep storage cabinets throughout the head and there are two access panels in the shower providing access to the back of the main AC panel and the Phasor generator.

The guest cabin is located forward of the main salon with a large v-berth.  There is a built in seat at the base of the berth to starboard with storage drawers under the berth centerline.  To port there is a good sized handing locker and another storage cabinet to starboard.  The forward head can be accessed from the short walk-through to the main cabin and features a manual head, vanity, sink, mirror and storage cabinets.

There are HVAC controls in each cabin and the main salon and all light fixtures are new with LED lighting and 12v fans throughout.

The galley is nicely integrated with the main salon providing an open feel where interaction with family or guests during meal preparation is seamless.  There is a very generous amount of working space in the galley for your "inner chef" with tons of storage.  The Galley is U-shaped fore and aft with a large stainless steel double sink located centerline by the companionway stairs with an integrated trash receptacle just aft of the sinks.  Along the bulkhead there are two top loading Engle refigerator/freezer units providing cold storage for food items.  The temperature of each Engle unit is controlled separately so either can be used as a dedicated refrigerator or freezer with digital temperature displays for accurate temperature control.  There is a thermostatic controlled vent fan to exhaust warm air from arount the refrigeration units.  Outboard to port there is counter space to either side of the three (3) burner Force 10 stove/oven and cabinets/storage/drawers both below and above the counter.  Above the stove is  an exhaust fan and light.  The fan exhaust is routed to an exhaust exit just aft of the galley.  There is a High Point microwave mounted flush with the storage cabinets outboard by the bulkhead.  Across from the galley next to the nav-station there is a separate dedicated 12v/110v refrigerator for drinks mounted flush with the cabinetry. Unlike many galley areas it is open and bright filled with natural light due to the large salon windows above the counter.  All appliances, counters were installed new with very little use since re-commissioning this year.

 When entering through the teak sliding glass door into the carpeted salon, with a roomy sofa and  50” smart TV. From the salon you will walk down 3 steps into the galley where you will notice tongue and groove flooring, beautifully finished cabinetry, and a well thought out galley complete with apartment-size refrigerator and electric stove & microwave. Across from the galley is a fold down table with seating. From here you can walk into the head or stateroom. The beautiful tongue and grove flooring is consistent throughout the master stateroom and head as well. The Engine room access is via salon sole hatches and a forward access under the salon stairs.

On the bridge, all of the electronics are Garmin. There is an iPad mount to run your navigation apps side by side with the 16" Garmin screen. Garmin sonar, radar, and VHF with GPS and AIS. There is plenty of storage and seating on the bridge offering an excellent view to run the boat or enjoy the scenery. Heavy duty Sunbrella Canvas and tinted isinglass make operating in various conditions a breeze. All canvas and upholstery is in excellent condition.

The salon offers large side windows for plenty of natural light. A 50" Smart TV with power lift to starboard with an adjacent couch to port. To starboard, there is an electrical distribution panel and storage cabinets.

    As I made my way through downtown Green Bay, Wisconsin, to the Harborside Yacht Center, I expected the Carver 43 Motor Yacht to look unlike any Carver I'd ever seen. I'd been told her exterior design resulted from a collaboration between Carver and industrial design guru BMW Group DesignworksUSA, and as she came into view, sitting stern-to at the marina on the Fox River, the result of the collaboration was apparent. I recognized many elements of Carver's popular Motor Yacht line, such as the lower cockpit and upper-aft-deck layout on the 41- and 44-foot Cockpit Motor Yachts. But missing were the signature elongated side windows, replaced by long, single windows whose sharp angles accentuated the contours of her hull. Gone also were the oval ports. Instead, she was graced with two elongated windows per side that blended in with the hull. There was no evidence of excessive top-heaviness. Instead I was looking at something vaguely reminiscent of BMW automobiles: an aggressive stance with sharp lines, all seamlessly integrated.

But stepping aboard, I quickly realized that while most of Carver's clientele will appreciate the 43's refined new looks, the company hasn't forgotten about its stock in trade: family-friendly functionality. Boarding her through the transom gate (she also has a 16-inch-wide door on each side to accommodate fixed docks), I noticed that her swim platform—nearly four feet long, full-beam, and with a 1,000-pound capacity—could easily hold a PWC or 13-foot RIB. Kudos to BMW and to Carver on its design: Despite the fact that this was the optional hydraulic platform, it appeared to be an extension of the hull and not a tacked-on afterthought.

 But while the swim platform and lower cockpit are good staging areas for water activities, most of the 43's alfresco goings-on will likely take place on the aft deck, which is three steps up and on the flying bridge. The aft deck's standard wing doors and hardtop provide an escape from the weather yet still permit open-air enjoyment. The area's comfort level for boaters will likely be enhanced with the optional canvas enclosure. However, the doors are only 20 inches wide, a bit narrow for well-fed boaters.

There's also likely to be plenty of action on the flying bridge, where Carver's retained the layout that works so well on its other flying-bridge models: easy access from the aft deck by a wide, molded-in stairway; room for four on a starboard-side, C-shape settee; two helm chairs; and, for the helmsman, a smart, easy-to-read instrument layout. Visibility forward and to port and starboard is excellent, but naturally limited aft; the only way to see the stern from the helm is to look over the starboard side, so docking in close quarters will likely be a two-person operation, even with standard bow and optional stern thrusters. Even so, Carver makes the most of of an area that will probably be crowded during cruising by not trying to stuff in superfluous features that would compromise the flying-bridge effectiveness.

In contrast to the new exterior, Carver chose not to alter things too much below decks. The 43's layout is similar to that of other models in its Motor Yacht line, with the two staterooms—one fore and the other aft—separated by the saloon and each served by en suite heads. It's a layout that, while conventional, maximizes both comfort and privacy.

The aft, full-beam master stateroom, three steps down from the saloon, affords a real retreat. Its location enjoys generous sunlight through windows on three sides, and with 6'6" headroom, a walkaround queen to port with stowage below, a 25"x27"x37" cedar-lined hanging locker, and a vanity/desk to starboard, the 43 proves she's not just a weekender but is able to cruise a week or more. Up front, the forepeak VIP is cozy, but what it lacks in size and stowage capacity it makes up for in comfort. The en suite shower is to port, separate from the head and occupies potential stowage space (so there's no hanging locker), but there is stowage to port and starboard above the V-berth that'll easily handle more than a weekend's worth of a couple's belongings.

The 43's roomy saloon and well-appointed galley further exemplify Carver's commitment to making maximum use of space. The former has a welcome full-beam configuration and 6'8" headroom, and it benefits from plenty of natural light from the big side windows and forward-facing, three-panel windshield. It's also tastefully furnished, with a pair of Ultraleather chairs to port and a starboard settee that converts to a double berth. Like the galley—forward and three steps down to port—the saloon's finished in Carver's trademark cherry. The galley has the essentials, like a large Nova Kool 'fridge/freezer, two-burner cooktop, Sharp microwave/convection oven, Black & Decker coffee maker, and plenty of counter space. But perhaps most impressive was the stowage: A family of four could easily put enough groceries here for a week or more.

Invite the neighbors - there's room for a crowd on this spacious, 240 Sundeck. Whether enjoying the cushiony comfort of one of the forward sun loungers or taking a dip from the extended swim platform aft, both you and your guests will have plenty of fun. Especially and extra storage below. when you fire up the 300 horsepower, 350 Mag MPI Bravo III stern drive engine. Life on the water doesn't get much better than this.

Stepping aboard the Leopard 38 you will be greeted with a large cockpit with raised double helm seat to starboard and a cockpit table able to accommodate 6 to 8 persons to port.  The entire area is covered by a bimini creating an inviting shaded area to lounge and entertain.  There are double companionway doors leading to the salon.  Upon entering you will see the salon table to starboard and U-shaped galley to port.  There is very ample headroom and room to move about for all aboard.  TAKE TWO is an "owner's version" with three cabins, each with queen sized berths  The starboard hull has a large stateroom forward with mid-ship head.  Aft of the entryway from the salon there is a huge private shower.  Across in the port hull there are forward and aft staterooms and a mid-ship head and shower.  There is ample storage throughout.

TAKE TWO has a large U-shaped galley with very generous counterspace for food preparation.  There is a huge refrigerator/freezer in the counter.  A center double stainless-steel sink provides efficient workflow from either counter side whether prepping, cooking or cleaning.  The current owners removed the LP Oven/stove combo to reduce heat in the cabin when cruising and to increase counter space.  Ther have opted to utilize stand-alone induction cook tops and microwave oven as an efficient alternative (The original LP stove/oven is in storage and will convey should the new owners choose to convert it back).

I personally helped the current owners purchase this boat 6 years ago and they took a very nice low hour boat and took it up several notches by properly maintaining the boat both mechanically and cosmetically.  This model has always been a favorite but most have been rode hard and put up wet (not this one). If you are in the market for a very nice 2 stateroom aft cabin, diesel powered vessel then you must take a look at this one.

Grace on Water is a 4 State Room 3 Head Galley Up Layout that can sleep 8. As you board you will find wide walkways on the exterior, you can enter from either side of the pilot house. Here you will find the full lower center helm and leather bench sitting area with storage below.  Just aft is the full-size galley with upgraded appliances, granite counter tops, as well as a custom pass through to the helm and dining area.  From the helm to starboard you can go forward down the curved stairway, leading to the 3 Guest rooms and 2 heads, each with a full stand-up stall shower. Each guest room has hanging closets and televisions.

Aft of the Galley to port is the full-size dining table with 4 chairs, and to starboard there is a full wet bar with storage above and below. The main salon offers two large couches and a sitting chair as well as a flat screen tv.

From the rear of the salon, you can access the aft deck from the custom aft doors. At mid ship of the salon, the upper stairs will take you up a covered access to the flybridge, or you can head down a private staircase to the expansive master full beam stateroom with a walk around king bed, entertainment system, walk in closets, make up vanity with mirror, windows, and an ensuite full shower and bath. To starboard before you reach the master you will find the walk-in laundry and engine room.

The interior has an abundance of natural light from the large windows throughout, but there are blinds throughout when privacy is desired. The boat feels very open, spacious and clean.

The flybridge offers a bimini top with a full isinglass enclosure, making this a sun deck useable for cruising or entertaining in any conditions, there is a full center helm with three helm seats. Aft of the helm to port there is a L shaped couch with table and to starboard there is another couch, there is storage below both couches. There is also a wet bar and fridge to port.  As you walk out the rear of the bridge, there is a spacious rear deck with sitting chairs, further aft you will find the davit.

The large bow area offers cushioned seating with storage below.
