Vessel Overview

Overview

This is a large, grand twin deck motor yacht in the trawler style that needs some TLC to bring her back to good operable and living condition.

This 3-stateroom, 3-head motor yacht with teak cabinetry and flooring has plenty of room for entertaining on the open fly bridge, with ample helm seating, a custom 6-person mast table, and large starboard aft sun pad.

The main deck has an expansive and light filled salon with u-shaped galley-up configuration, with the deckhouse forward. Below deck there is a long central hallway between staterooms with walk-in outboard engine rooms.

Outboard walk-in engine rooms provide easy access to engines, pumps, and generators. Cruise efficiently with 160 hp Perkins Turbo Diesels.

The hull, quarters, and top decks all appear solid and with no discernible soft spots. The paint overall looks good.  The fore, aft, and side decks are all teak over fiberglass in good condition except a small area of teak de-lamination to the foredeck in front of the pilothouse.   The swim platform was damaged in a storm and has been removed for repair.  No other damage was observed or reported.

Electronics

The boat has the following electronics, all functioning: 2 Danforth Compasses, One Furuno GPS chart plotter.   Cetec Bomar autopilot.  Furuno  open Array Radar, 2 Depth Sounders,  2 TVs.

Forward Deck

There are two large NEW Sampson posts forward to compliment the mooring. The windlass is a Maxwell HWC 2200 which handles the 65# Bruce with 210ft of 3/8 inch chain.   There is a backup large Danforth with chain and rode. All the wood is solid including the bowsprit.

Flybridge

The expansive flybridge is great for guests, cruising, and entertaining. The radar mast is custom made aluminum and can be lowered for bridge transit. The tender is a 10 ft. Achilles inflatable with 2 yr. old 9.9hp Mercury 4 stroke outboard. It is lowered by the radar mast boom. Upper helm has excellent 360-degree views. There are sunbrella covers for the console, furniture, and the tender. In addition the helm has a large NEW bimini top currently stored in the forward stateroom.

Accommodations

Large three cabin design, lower level. Three heads are manual. Linens remain with the boat. The salon is large with beautiful wood cabinetry and brightwork that is in perfect shape. It has custom storage, window coverings, and furniture.  Salon sole is teak parquet.

The main level galley is u-shaped and very convenient to the salon and the lower helm station.  It contains a Norcold refrigerator/freezer, electric cook-top, microwave, and convection oven.

There is a combination washer and dryer located in the lower level forward.

Engines

Engines

The walk-in engine rooms are amidship accessible from the lower-level. The twin 165hp Turbo  Perkins diesel engines are solid and have a long remaining life. Both engine rooms are provided with additional ventilation for heat control.

The vessel has a  Side Power bow thruster.

Generator

Starboard engine room contains the 15kw Westerbeke generator which has had recent updates.

Batteries and Air Conditioners

The electrical system is 50 amp AC with four cords available. The DC batteries are as follows: House and Start---(12) 6-volt.. Bow Thruster--(2) 12-volt AGM. Generator -- (1) series 37.

There are (3) air conditioners rated at 16,000 btu and 6500 btu. The units for the salon and forward staterooms are reverse cycle.
