Items on Survey
  1. 12 Volt Receptacle in Cockpit Inoperable needs replaced.
  2. Outlet by captain chair is inoperable, needs replaced with GFCI Outlet.
  3. Outriggers slightly bend at tips.
  4. Batteries work, but are 4 years old.
  5. Fresh water sink spray nozzle in baitwell sink is cracked, needs replaced.
  6. One of the VHF Coax Cable, has a split in it. It works, but will need to be replaced.
  7. Rubber Roller at anchor shute shows wear, operable, but should be replaced.
  8. 2 drain scuppers, have 2 small cracks in the hoses, but does appear to drain overboard.
  9. Toilet flush works, but slight leak at base when flushing, needs new $80 pump kit.
  10. 2 Courtesy lights out.
  11. Bottom paint is in good condition, but uneven and should be heavily sanded at painted this Fall/Winter.

ALL electronics, helm switches, windlass, wipers, motors, work as they should.  All Zippers work as they should on the Enclosure.
