Brokers Comments

This vessel was custom built by a knowledgable builder as a "Labor of Love"!  It took him 5 years to complete the project and it is "Overbuilt" in every way.  It is a "cold molded" construction method like the high end custom Carolina boats of the Outer Banks region.  The plan called for 1/2" plywood on the hullsides so he doubled this to make it 1", doubled the stainless steel screws then glassed it over.  The air conditioning system totals $48k BTUs via 3 separate units and each unit has it's own raw water pump and strainer.  The racor fuel filter system is a double unit typically found on much larger engine packages on high end yachts.  The plan called for a 100 hp Diesel engine so he ordered a 135 hp engine so it would not have to work as hard.  It has a custom 2 stage rudder that will turn the boat in its own length and has a powerful 7 hp Sidepower Bow Thruster.  This boat was donated to a local educational charity and can only be leased to purchase over a 3 year period.  Call today for more details.  This one has to be seen in person to be appreciated so don't delay.  Receipts in file for all expenditures during building process totaling $320k without builders labor.
