Overall Description
This a a 3 stateroom layout with a bunk house crew quarters and private head with shower compartment in the bow area forward of the galley, a second guest stateroom midships to port with twin berths across from a private head with shower stall to starboard and a large Master Stateroom with Island Queen Berth in the rear with a private head compartment with shower stall. The salon is large and is on the same level as the pilothouse making this area open and airy feeling. The Pilothouse features a centerline helm station and doors on each side leading out to the gunwale walk arounds. French doors open on the aft section to a covered aft deck with weather enclosure and wing doors to the gunwale walk around. The aft deck also features a ladder to the flybridge and a ladder to the aft cockpit. The gunwale side walks are wide and lead to the the spacious foredeck area that offers lots of open room for sunbathing and features a built in lounge seat forward.

Yea this is a 50 year old boat but believe me it looks much younger than its actual age and the Hatteras Pedigree is evident. The boat has been used recently as an AirBnB and has been kept in nice condition. The current owner acquired the boat in a settlement and wants to liquidate it as soon as possible. It is not in perfect shape but has many positives such as good engines that run, a desirable and clean interior, a new Northern Lights Generator, fresh electronics, flatscreen TVs, and a bow thruster. The boat must be considered somewhat of a project and it needs a knowledgeable owner willing to invest some time and money to bring it up to a higher standard. In my opinion the boat could serve as an immediate Live-Aboard and must be considered a good value at its current asking price. The owner wants to sell "as is" and will entertain any reasonable offer.
